Theory of Change
A “theory of change” is an organization’s thesis about how a particular strategy or set of strategies can achieve measurable impact. A theory of change is sometimes also
called a “logic model:” if we implement program X, we can expect outcome Y. The JCC’s new theory of change will aid in advancing the organization’s mission and vision.
