DBJ & SCJ Holdings Ltd.
The Development Bank of Jamaica (DBJ) has been
engaged by SCJH through the Ministry of Economic
Growth and Job Creation (MEGJC) as Transaction
Managers and Secretariat to provide guidance and
support to the GBL Enterprise Team in respect to the
execution of a privatization transaction to divest
government owned lands that form a part of the GBL
Master Plan.
