We are thrilled you have decided to stay with us and visit our beautiful town. Our cabins are privately owned
so we ask that guest kindly treat their home with the same respect, love, and care you do your own and, abide
by the following:
STANDARD GUEST ETIQUETTE
Please arrive and depart on time, arrival time is anytime after 4:00 pm and departure time is no later than
11:00 am.
Pick up after yourself and have your guests do the same. The cleaning entailed in a vacation rental differs
vastly from a household cleaning to which you may be accustomed. The cleaning fee you paid does not
include maid service such as picking up your trash, emptying refrigerators, etc. Our professional and
certified cleaners provide detailed deep, sanitation cleans with enhanced COVID procedures after every
guest and also include emptying, sanitizing, refilling hot tubs, equipment checks, restocking, and staging the
cabin all within a short period of time. Please respect them and their time by leaving the cabin tidy and by
following the check-out procedures provided.
Supervise children at all times and do not allow them to do any of the following:
-Rough house in or around the cabin
-Put feet on or jump on furniture
-Move furniture
-Bang on walls
-Slam doors
-Use game sticks as swords
-Hang from railing or cabinets
-Pee or vomit in the hot tub or on bed linens, etc and
-Please make sure their rooms are tidy and neat before check out.
