“I think our culture actually
came out of the pandemic
stronger than ever, and the hybrid
schedule is a key factor,” Hogan
says. “It gives us the right balance
of flexibility and collaboration.
We’ve also layered in more social
gatherings into our calendar because that’s something employees
really missed during COVID-19.”
Conagra’s new office space in
Mississauga has played a key role
in enabling that increased social
interaction.
“We designed the space from
scratch so that we could have the
kind of collaboration we wanted,”
says Hogan. “So many companies
are downsizing their physical
workplace, but the actual space
makes quite a difference, in that
it enables you to have in-person
gatherings. People are loving it.”
