Bitching or gossiping
Surrounding yourself with toxic people or family members
Relentlessly berating yourself
Using disempowering phrases like “I can’t,” “I should,” “I must,” “I won’t,” or
“it’s a struggle.”
All of these are
part of the victim
frequency, and
they’ll lead you
nowhere.
Now, here’s a list of things you MUST START doing:
• Taking full responsibility for your emotions and feelings (seek
therapy if necessary)
• Transforming your language: Use phrases like “I choose,” “I will,”
“I’ll 昀椀nd a way,” “I’m curious,” and “the answers will come to
me.”
