GRAYBULL GOLF COURSE GROWING
INTO GEM NEW MAXWELL
On an October visit to GrayBull, it’s the golden hour, when emerald
threads of tees, fairways and greens stand out even more from the
native grasses turning brown and gold.
The sun is setting, lengthening shadows on a unique loop in a
unique routing.
It’s the place to be the hour before sunset—if one is fortunate
enough to join or be a guest at the newest course in the Nebraskabased Dormie Network of private golf clubs.
The six-hole loop that runs out to the northeastern tip of the course
and back completes the 昀椀rst nine holes.
Zach Peed, Dormie Network’s president, calls the six holes the
“bonus round, perfect for golden hour.”
“The experience and reveals from green to tee are going to be
incredible. Wandering in and out of the hills, you’ll have moments
where you’ll wonder where to go next, and the entire round will feel
like an adventure.”
