career, Johnston is grateful for the
opportunities she’s been given to
grow and manage her own team at

“I have so much leeway to build
and develop my team the way I
want to, and that’s huge,” she says.
“Throughout my career, I have
been given meaningful growth
opportunities. I want to pay it
forward and give my team the
experience and autonomy to learn
and develop themselves.”
Chea also appreciates the
support he’s received in his new
role. “It was like, ‘This is the
roadmap, tell us how we get there
and we’ll support you,’” he says.
“That’s amazing. They’ll check
in on me and give me advice,
help me develop the skills and
knowledge as I go, but also give
me autonomy. It’s a fine balance,
and I don’t think I’d be able to do
this job without it.”
