Hot Docs Festival: The Canadian Women’s
Foundation invited storytellers to a panel on
gender-based violence at the 2024 Hot Docs
festival. Panelists included:

TikTok Canada Creators: We invited
digital creators to join a virtual knowledge
exchange about challenging issues like
gender-based violence. Some of the

We’re reaching out to writers with a kit to

bilingual training and tools to help them
support employees who have experienced

Signal for Help in Communities:
We worked with organizations like nonprofits, post-secondary institutions, and
public services to provide helpful bilingual
tools to share. For example, Signal for Help
materials were shared and discussed as part
of an event at University of Windsor to raise
awareness about gender-based violence.
