Advocates for Indigenous and
Inuit Communities Take to
Global Stage at UN
A delegation of two grantee partners and two
members of our Northern Women and Girls
Advisory Committee joined Foundation staff
members at the UN Commission on the Status
of Women in New York. They put together an
impromptu Indigenous Youth Panel, and their
advocacy for Indigenous women and Inuit
communities made an incredible impact.
