Full-time DEI professionals
Our EMEA region comprises over 3,700 people, including
1,500 lawyers based in 14 countries, and it is home to three of
the firm’s “engines” or strategic markets – Germany, London,
and Paris. The challenges accompanying today’s political and
social crises show a disproportionate impact on those from
historically under-represented groups and emphasise the
importance of inclusion within our business and wider society.
I am committed to embedding inclusion across EMEA and
achieving our global diversity goals.

We have a strong pipeline of talented women to support
the achievement of our global goal of 30% women
partners. In 2023, 58% of our partner promotions in
the region were women and women comprised 45% of
counsel promotions. We have a range of programming
in place to maintain this strong pipeline and advance
women to partnership.
