PNW ART FELLOWS
2021 saw the launch of the inaugural
Pasifika Journalism Fellowship to
support Indigenous-led news
reporting in the Pacific Islands.
The first cohort consists of nine
journalists who identify as Pacific
Islander, who are covering stories
about Pasifika peoples and their
care of land and sea.
Nia Tero’s Pacific Northwest (PNW)
Art Fellowship brings together
creatives working in many visual
disciplines, from diverse international
Indigenous affiliations, across varying
stages of their artistic development.
Nia Tero is proud to provide this
opportunity for professional and
personal support to Indigenous
artists working in the Pacific
Northwest of Turtle Island.
