For more than six decades, the College of Business at California State University, Sacramento, has consistently
achieved its fundamental goals: to cultivate excellence in its graduates, and to develop business leaders
possessing not only top management skills, but also a broad understanding of their responsibilities to
business and the community. Our scholarship and community service support and enhance the College’s
educational programs.

The College provides a fertile environment, combining applied research with a sophisticated, demanding
curriculum and an active program of real-world experience.

The College also serves as a unique continuing resource to its graduates and the regional business
community through its innovative outreach programs and its advisory council. Our Center for Small
Business is one of the largest in the country. Faculty supervise the casework of students who apply
learned concepts and, through this experience, gain a better understanding of entrepreneurship and the
business environment.

The College has approximately 4,000 students and more than 40,000 alumni.

The College is in its sixth decade of accreditation by the International Association to Advance Collegiate
Schools of Business at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
Students working toward the bachelor of science degree may select from the following concentrations:
Accountancy, Business Analytics, Entrepreneurship, Finance, General Management, Human Resources
Management, International Business, Management Information Systems, Marketing, and Supply Chain
Management.
Graduate degree programs include: Master of Business Administration, Master of Business Administration with
concentrations in Finance, Entrepreneurship or Global Business, Business Analytics and Healthcare, Master
of Science in Accountancy, Master of Business Administration for Executives (EMBA), and Online Master of
Business Administration (iMBA), Master of Science in Business Analytics, and Master of Science in Finance.
