Everyone at Circus Harmony knows how
important coffee is to me. I’m calling this
Compulsory Coffee because compulsory
means “required by law or rule; obligatory.” I
pretty much always have a cup of coffee close
at hand. If not, the ying children are always
keeping an eye on where I set it down to help
remind me where it is when I’m looking for it.
This recipe is my personal way of making
coffee.

Ingredients
Circus Harmony Defy Gravity Coffee beans
Cinnamon

Water

Instructions
• Grind beans and pour into lter
• Add 1 tsp cinnamon (or to taste)
• Brew
Serving Suggestion:
Try with steamed coconut almond milk and sprinkled with cinnamon maple sugar.*
*Cinnamon maple sugar is made by mixing 1 part cinnamon with 3 parts maple sugar. Keep available to
sprinkle on coffee, oatmeal, toast, and just about anything!
