We strongly encourage schools to match fund our grants, however, we can waive
the need to match fund if your school can prove its inability to match fund or it
meets two of the following criteria:
Last published Phonics Screening Check result below the published national average;
Ofsted judgement of Requires Improvement or Inadequate;
Percentage of pupils eligible for the Pupil Premium is above the most recently
published national average;
The school is in an Education Investment Area;
