Profile cutter for thermoplastic
Fraise profil pour thermoplastiques
Application: For "V" grooving with 90°, 135° or
"U" profile on production of facade elements such
as corners and hoops, in construction applications, publicity, etc. in composite boards with
aluminum and thermoplastic material (ex. Alucobond®, Dibond®, etc).
Machine: For CNC machines, stationary routers,
portable routers, etc.
Technical information: Steel body and two
versiones of teeth's, A071 in tungsten carbide
(HW) and A829 in polycrystalline diamond (DP).
Profile cutter with 90º (V-shape) suitable to work
boards up to 8,0 mm thickness and 135º (V-shape)
suitable to work boards up to 4,0 mm thickness.
Application: Pour rainer en "V", à 90º ou à 135º,
ou en "U" sur panneaux composés aluminium et
thermoplastiques (Alucobond®, Dibond®, etc).
Pour production d’éléments de façade tels que
bords et cadres pour le bâtiment, publicité, etc.
Machine: Pour machines CNC, machines stationnaires, machines portatives, etc.
Caractéristiques techniques: Corps en acier
et deux versions de tranchants, A071 au carbure
rapportés (HW) et A829 en diamant polycristallin
(DP). Fraise de profil en "V" de 90º permettant
de travailler des panneaux avec une épaisseur
jusqu’à 8 mm. Fraise de profil en "V" de 135º
permettant de travailler des panneaux jusqu’à
4 mm.
