Food monitoring kits
To minimise the risk of bacteria multiplying on food, it should be
stored and prepared at the correct temperature.
To comply with current legislation, the Brannan temperature
log book has been produced to assist with the requirement for
a documented food safety management system.
Each log book will enable you to record daily temperatures over
a six month period.
Replacement log books can be supplied as required (product number: 13/090/0).

Site management
Each kit comprises of a choice of horizontal, vertical or electronic
thermometer and log book supplied in a polypropylene wallet which
can be 昀椀xed to the corresponding equipment, avoiding confusion in
areas where more than one log book is being used.
