Francis “Chip” Healy is a commercial
litigator with extensive experience
in complex commercial disputes
relating to, among other areas, physical
commodities and related derivatives
products, securities, and reinsurance.
He represents major 昀椀nancial institutions, including banks,
trading and marketing 昀椀rms, and insurance companies, in
Federal and State Courts and domestic and international
arbitrations. Francis also routinely advises and represents
clients in investigations and proceedings before government
regulatory agencies, including the U.S. Commodity Futures
Trading Commission, U.S. Securities and Exchange
Commission, and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
