Dear Valued Residents, Sta昀昀, and Friends of Vicar’s Landing,
It is with gratitude that I re昀氀ect on the remarkable accomplishments we achieved together in 2023. The unwavering support and dedication of
our donors and sta昀昀 have been instrumental in shaping Vicar’s Landing into the vibrant community it is today.
The Dream Continues: Vicar’s Landing at Oak Bridge
In a little more than one year, the Vicar’s Landing at Oak Bridge campus has already become a thriving
community. We are proud to welcome each new resident warmly into the Vicar’s Landing family. As construction
continued during 2023, more Oak Bridge campus amenities opened and became much-loved places to meet
friends and enjoy life to its fullest.
Building a Brighter Future
We are excited to announce that construction of our 昀椀nal phase, which will include memory care and assisted
living homes, will begin in late 2024 at Oak Bridge. This phase, slated for completion in 2026, will add to our
holistic continuum of care tailored to the evolving needs of our residents.

Envisioning the Future of Sawgrass
Progress continues to unfold with a visionary master plan for the Vicar’s Landing at Sawgrass campus. This
planned revitalization and renewal project underscores our dedication to preserving the Sawgrass campus as a premier destination for senior
living excellence and ensuring it remains a beacon of comfort and vitality for future generations.
