REGISTRATION
Registration kiosks and check in kiosk will be used to streamline attendee check-in at our upcoming conference. These kiosks, are
quoted right under $5000, and will offer self-service functionality.
The registration area will be located on the second floor of the hotel, in the Deschutes Foyer. TriMet volunteers
and LIT staff will be onsite to trouble shoot any issues.
Justification
It addresses the need for on-demand badge making, ensuring a smooth and efficient registration process for
attendees.
It proves to be more cost-effective than hiring a planner to oversee registration, thus optimizing our budget
allocation.
