Our intention is to make a meaningful, positive impact on everyone
at our firm by fostering an inclusive culture that celebrates and
values difference and empowers our people to thrive as their
authentic selves. Demonstrating our commitments in this area is
one of our strategic priorities and we continue to work towards
our goal of establishing ourselves as a market leader in Diversity,
Equity and Inclusion. We focus on gender diversity, racial & ethnic
and cultural diversity, support for LGBTQ+ individuals, people with
disabilities and those from lower socio-economic backgrounds.
Our global strategy informs our activities across EMEA. In this
complex region with multiple languages, cultures, and countries,
our commitment to inclusion for everyone proves its value.
