PARTS CONNECT FEATURES GUIDE.
CHAT FUNCTION
Parts Connect users can now chat with designated parts agents at any time during the ordering process. Once you are logged in to Parts
Connect, the Chat option will appear at the bottom of your screen. Simply click on the Chat box, enter your information, and begin talking to
a live agent.
60 seconds after logging into Parts Connect, you will receive a pop-up with the option to chat with a live agent. Clicking Chat Now will open
the chat box. Clicking No Thanks will close the option and not reappear again during the session.
