to ensure everything is in place to work with us as a
travel management company.
Phil
Study Trips Sales Manager – Phil is one of 3 Sales Team
Managers whose teams provide a tailor-made travel
solution that meets the educational objectives and budget
for our clients. As experts in their field, their role is to
ensure that Diversity Travel offer unforgettable trips that
are safe, rewarding and cost effective.
Lauren
Operations Manager – Lauren is appointed as Operations
Team Manager and leads a team who oversee the smooth
operational delivery of all our booked trips. The focus of her
team is to ensure our clients receive all the pre-departure
documentation and information to ensure a smooth running
of the trip and are here to support our group leaders with
exceptional customer experience throughout their
journey with Diversity Study Trips.
Petra
Account Manager – Petra heads up the development and
account management provision for Diversity Study trips.
As part of her role, she is the voice of the client within the
department. Petra and the development team provide our
clients with a direct contact for queries, feedback, and
escalations. They are on hand to provide review meetings;
help support travel policy and on-contract spend and provide
valuable industry and destination insights to our clients with
regular newsletters and information webinars.
