We deliver locally, nationally and globally. In fact, we can send anything in any size, anywhere in
the world.
All Chilstone stonework for United Kingdom clients is expertly packed on-site onto shrink-wrapped,
non-stack pallets. It is then delivered by carefully selected, local, trusted hauliers, using the most
suitable vehicles relevant to the product being supplied. All standard deliveries are conducted
by tail-lift vehicles no larger than 7.5 Tonnes which are equipped with a pump truck and include
offload, but not installation. A full range of alternative vehicles are available for deliveries that are
more complex or require a bulk delivery service.
For overseas orders the stonework is packed and secured within bespoke wooden crates
that ensure the safe transit of the goods world-wide. All Chilstone packing meets or exceeds
international regulations regarding materials that must be used for exports.

Environment Policy
Chilstone is handmade except for mechanical mixing, there is no by-product of our process, nor
are noxious gases emitted and all our moulds are made using timber from sustainable forest.
Load Bearing and Reinforcement
All our stone may be fitted perfectly to existing RC beams with tolerances well inside current
building regulations. For more information, contact our technical department who will advise on
applications and provide every assistance to ensure components are produced to give optimum
performance over many years.
Chilstone has the ability to cast-in specialist fixings and reinforcement, enabling the stonework to
perform in a structural manner and to increase strength. Channels, sockets, bars and lifting eyes
from major manufacturers are all available. We can also make to your engineer’s specification.
