FELLOWS
The Leadership Fellows program was established in 2019
to strengthen emergent leaders from Nia Tero’s placeanchored partnerships, contributing to local durable
support and guardianship of territories. The program
works both ways, in that communities enhance leadership
development and succession, while Nia Tero strengthens its
partnerships in those territories.
