For production of doors lockset cases on solid
wood, uncoated wood base materials such as
chipboard, plywood, MDF, etc.

massif, dérivés du bois avec ou sans revêtements
tels que agglomérés, contreplaqués, MDF, etc.
Machine: For CNC machines, stationary routers,
etc.

Technical information: Solid tungsten carbide
router (HW), with positive helicoidal cutting
edges, wavy profile ensuring great chip removal
and reducing cutting effort. In deep rebating
operations is recommended to work in increments of H= 4 to 15 mm.
Caractéristiques techniques: Fraise en carbure
monobloc (HW). Coupe hélicoïdale d’hélice
positive et arête de coupe striée, ce qui garantit
l’évacuation optimale des copeaux et réduction de
l’effort de coupe. Pour une ébauche plus profonde,
nous recommandons une programmation par
incréments de H= 4 mm à 15 mm.
