4. Priority of communication
must be clear and obvious for entire line
A great brand carefully chooses it’s key message. The well worn
advertising adage is the more you tell a consumer the less they will
remember. A brand can’t be everything to everybody. Choose your
key visual and prioritize. You can generally state a great brand’s
key message and visual design in one word or image. If you need
three words to tell your consumer what your benefit is then you
likely don’t really know what it is.
