Miles is a Principal, Broker, and Asset Manager with Lee & Associates Charleston with 40 years
of experience in the commercial real estate market as an owner, broker, project manager, and
developer.
CAMERON YOST, CCIM, PRINCIPAL
Cameron’s primary focus is the sale and lease of single and multi-tenant properties in South
Carolina. She began working at Lee and Associates in 2015, immersing herself in Charleston’s
commercial real estate scene as Brokerage Services and Marketing Coordinator.
PAUL PASCHAL, VICE PRESIDENT
Paul is a Vice President with Lee & Associates Charleston. For the past seven years, he has
specialized in investment sales of of昀椀ce, 昀氀ex, and industrial properties.
JUSTIN ROSS, VICE PRESIDENT
Justin specializes in both brokerage and investment sales in of昀椀ce and retail. He received his
undergraduate degree from College of Charleston with a major in Corporate Communications,
along with a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Georgetown University.
JOHN KINCAID, CCIM, VICE PRESIDENT
John Kincaid is a Vice President for Lee & Associates Charleston. As a Broker, John works on
Industrial & Of昀椀ce landlord and tenant representation assignments.

Clarke joined Lee’s Brokerage Team in 2019 after completing seven months as a Transitional
Researcher with the 昀椀rm. He focuses on sales and leasing of industrial & of昀椀ce properties along
with land here in South Carolina.
JAMES BAKKER, CCIM, SENIOR ASSOCIATE
James Bakker is a Senior Associate at Lee & Associates Charleston and specializes in retail,
of昀椀ce, and multi-family brokerage. He brings to the 昀椀rm over a decade of experience in retail,
of昀椀ce, and mixed-use development, project management, and historic adaptive re-use.
HUNTER HARTLEY, CSPS, SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Hunter focuses on leasing and sales of of昀椀ce, industrial and medical of昀椀ce buildings across
Charleston and the region. He brought with him knowledge from his previous internship with
Trinity Partners in Columbia, SC
GUILLERMO GRANIER, ASSOCIATE
Guillermo joined Lee & Associates Charleston in January 2022. He 昀椀rst worked for the 昀椀rm as
an intern as he attended the College of Charleston. He currently works as an Associate focusing
primarily in retail & of昀椀ce brokerage.
