Amromco Energy SRL
Upstream Oil & Gas (O&G) based out of Prahova, Romania. Following a corporate restructuring, Mercuria now holds full ownership interest in this independent
oil and gas producer in Romania. Amromco operates approximately 20 concessions throughout Romania with a focus on resource production and development
growth in Central and South-Eastern Europe.
Beyond6
Diversified energy solutions business based out of New York, USA. Beyond6 has
a particular focus on decarbonization of truck transportation demand through renewable natural gas, electric charging, and hydrogen fueling stations. It currently owns 58 renewable Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) stations across 17 states
with plans to open 8 additional stations in 2021.
Compañía Española de Petróleos SA (CEPSA) Panama
Acquired by Mercuria’s wholly owned company Minerva in December of 2019, the
CEPSA Panama Terminal is a marine terminal supplying IMO 2020 compliant fuels
in Panama.

Delta Hydrocarbons Hungary LLC
This is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mercuria which holds varying, non-operating
equity positions in the partnerships focused on the development and production
enhancement of O&G assets in Eastern Europe.
Henry Bath & Son Ltd.
Mercuria holds a non-operating major interest in this independent subsidiary. With
warehouse locations around the globe, Henry Bath is recognized as a bonded
warehouse operator specializing in the handling of metals and dry bulk goods,
including aluminum and aluminum alloy, copper, zinc, lead, nickel, tin, cocoa and
coffee.
J&S Energy (JSE) SA
Mercuria holds full ownership of JSE, which is a fuels distribution and logistics
business based in, and operating throughout, Poland.
Minerva Bunkering
Minerva Bunkering is an international marine fuel logistics company, fully owned
by Mercuria, with marketing and physical supply operations of marine bunker fuels and lubricants to ships both in port and at sea. Minerva has operating hubs
in Geneva, New York, Singapore, Athens, ARA (Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Antwerp),
Fujairah and Las Palmas.
Mercuria Biofuels Brunsbüttel (MBB)
Mercuria holds full ownership of MBB, which is strategically located at the crossroads of the Kiel Kanal and Elbe River in Northern Germany. The facility is fully
ISCC certified and produces RED (EU Renewable Energy Directive) compliant sustainable biodiesel fuel. The facility is capable of producing 250,000 metric tons of
high quality biodiesel annually from used cooking and vegetable oils.
