Covenant of Membership
Having personally acknowledged Jesus Christ as the only
Lord and Savior, having considered favorable the biblical
doctrines and practices of Mountaintop Faith Ministries,
being in agreement with the principles of faith, and
desiring to be associated with those of like precious faith
in Christian fellowship, I hereby accept membership in the
body of Christ at Mountaintop Faith Ministries of Las
Vegas, Nevada.
I agree and intend to submit myself to the statutes and
standards of biblical conduct and subsequently commit to
supporting the Church with prayer, faithful attendance,
tithes, and offerings as God shall prosper. Therefore, it is
my earnest prayer that God will keep me true to Him.
Further, I understand that if, for any reason, I depart from
my faith, cease to live a Godly life, or violate any ethical
standards of MFM9s Mission, Vision, Values, and Beliefs
according to the word of God, it can result in disciplinary
actions and/or removal from ministry.
