Your fears are part of your expansion into an upgraded life. Whether you
like it or not, you get a two-for-one deal. Acknowledge them, listen to
them, but remind them that you’re exploring a new path, that it’s safe to
become the superstar of your own darn life, and that you’re curious and
dedicated to moving forwards.
Over the years, I’ve discovered the most powerful way to manage your
fears is to get out of your head and into your body.
Dance, move, go to the gym, run, walk, swim, get naked, self-pleasure,
make loads of noise, clean your house. ANYTHING that gets you out of
your head gives you more space to reside with your fears rather than your
fears taking you over.
