School Exchange Toolkit
Before you start
• Think about how you want to communicate with parents and students
about the exchange. You might want to create a specific exchange
email account or use a platform like Edmodo, Seesaw, etc. If several of
you will be sharing the communication, make sure you all have access.
• Consider storing information online for easy access, for example copies
of passports, European Health Insurance Cards (EHIC), etc. Check your
school data protection regulations before setting this up.
• Divide the organisation between the involved teachers.
