Summer Tips
Stay Healthy this Summer
1. Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water and natural fruit
juices to stay hydrated in the summer heat. Avoid
sugary drinks and opt for water infused with fresh
fruits for added flavour;
2. Protect your skin: Apply sunscreen with a high SPF
before going outdoors to protect your skin from
harmful UV rays. Reapply every few hours and wear
hats and sunglasses for extra protection;
3. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables: Fill your plate
with seasonal fruits and vegetables as they are
packed with essential vitamins, minerals and
antioxidants. Enjoy salads and smoothies to keep
your diet nutritious and light;
4. Stay Active: Take advantage of the warm weather
by engaging in outdoor activities such as walking,
jogging, swimming, or cycling. Remain active to keep
your body fit;
5. Enjoy Grilled Meals: Summer is the perfect time for
barbecues and grilling. Opt for lean meats, fish,
and plenty of vegetables to enjoy a healthy and
flavourful. Avoid adding excessive sauces or
marinades that can be high in calories and sodium;

outings, pack healthy snacks including fresh fruits,
