Application: For rebating door frames in solid
wood, uncoated wood base materials such as
chipboard, plywood, MDF, etc. Allows production
of door frames with and without soundproofing
seal.
Application: Pour feuillure sur cadres de portes
pour bois massif, dérivés du bois sans revêtements: agglomérés, contreplaqués, MDF, etc.
Possibilité de production de cadres de portes
sans ou avec joint pour isolation phonique.
Machine: For moulders, etc.
Machine: Pour moulurières, etc.
Technical information: Steel body, knives in
tungsten carbide (HW). Adjustable rebate from
15 to 40 mm with chamfered corner at 1,5x45°
(tool nº 1), and fix rebate of 42 mm with rounded
corner R1,5 and R3 mm (tool nº 2).
Caractéristiques techniques: Corps en acier et
plaquettes au carbure (HW). Feuillure réglable de
15 mm a 40 mm avec arête chanfrein de 1,5x45º
(porte-outil Nº 1) et feuillure fixe, de 42 mm avec
arête arrondi R1,5 et R3 mm (porte-outil Nº 2).
