V-GARD Epoxy Overlay
The V-Gard Epoxy Overlay System provides the ultimate in wear and chemical resistance protection around
wet/dry feeders. It is ideal for new or slightly worn slats.
Severely worn zones and edges are re-built with V-Krete and then protected with the V-Gard Epoxy Overlay
for many years of use. V-Gard allows slats to drain properly removing acids to the pit. Typical Coverage:
30 sq. ft. per 1.5 gallons of 440LV Epoxy and 32 lbs. of Admix.
The V-Gard mix is an easy to trowel apply semi-self-leveling slurry that is immediately broadcast with Natural
Silica aggregate to produce a uniform non-slip surface ideal for animal livestock applications. It has the wear
and chemical resistance properties to withstand harsh environments for many years. Sanitary and yet
easy to keep clean.
For use on Feeder Pads, Slats, Load Out Ramps, Floors. *Sand Sold Separately.
