Encouraging employee engagement with our seven employee
networks which enable sharing lived experience and providing
ally support. Members have opportunities for networking, career
development support, mentoring and coaching. Networks are
dedicated to LGBTQ+ communities, cultural diversity, intergenerational collaboration, gender equity, neurodiversity and
disabilities among others.
Leading the industry by becoming the 昀椀rst to publish our
ethnicity pay gap annually. We believe that transparency drives
progress. Now in our third year, publication is encouraging more
colleagues to provide their data, enabling this report to become ever
more representative of our business. This helps inform representation
targets we have set, and approaches taken to meet them.
