The Andy Hillburn Trophy
Played on 25th August for the 昀椀rst
}me, Trinity CC played Trinity RFC in a
T20 match in memory of our dear
friend, Andy, a great servant to both
Clubs.

McInnes gave a great speech in
honour of Andy and handed the
trophy over to winning captain
Stephen Self.
The contest was a 昀椀琀�ng tribute to
Andy. The sun was out, there was a
decent crowd up to watch and there
was a wide mixture of ability taking
part, including a couple of players on
the rugby side who had never picked
up a cricket bat before in their life!
Rugby scored 134-6 with Ben Vaillant
ge琀�ng 60 and Charlie Geary Merre琀琀
ge琀�ng 49 (Ben ran him out as he was
scared that he might outscore him!).
Cricket chased down the rugby team's
score with 2 overs and 2 balls
remaining for 7 wickets.
