MAV CLOSED SYSTEM
MACRO VALVE (MAV)
The MAV Closed System is designed for Returnable/Refillable
and On-Site Refilling programs where a pump or pressure is used to
empty the container. The system is widely used for specialty chemicals,
hazardous chemicals, fine chemicals, and high purity solvents.
MAV Fill Coupler
- Required for filling.
The MAV System is available in different alpha-numeric keys to
control liquid transfer and prevent cross contamination. The system is
standard with EPDM or Viton seals and other materials are available
upon request.
The Stainless Steel Dispense Couplers are available as self-venting
to atmosphere and offer Closed Loop functionality for chemistries
where vapors are dangerous, hazardous or off-gases are required to
be captured and controlled. The RSV Dispense Couplers include a
one-way check valve that allows for dispense only to eliminate product
adulteration and cross-contamination.
Down Tube
- Available in HDPE or
Stainless Steel.
The MAV Closed System fulfills the requirements
of Directive 97/23/EC concerning pressure equipment.
