C. Severance compensation will be paid on normal scheduled pay days following the noticeperiod. If an employee is rehired in any position in the Archdiocese of Atlanta (includingparishes, schools, and/or agencies) before exhausting severance pay, compensation willcease on the date of such reemployment.D. Employer paid Health Benefits will continue until the end of the severance period. At theend of that period, terminated employees may choose to extend their individual and/ordependent health benefits, entirely at their own expense for up to six (6) months from theend of the 30 day notice period or as otherwise provided by applicable law.20 | P a g e
