How we work with families: We provide expert support and guidance by working together in
collabora琀椀on with families and others involved in the individuals life. Respec琀椀ng the person and the
family’s wishes and views.
How we aim to support: By encouraging posi琀椀ve rela琀椀onships for families and their loved ones,
enabling them to live well and thrive throughout their demen琀椀a journey.
How we work with people with demen琀椀a: Compassion and dignity are central to everything that we
do to provide inclusive and individualised care, enabling people to 昀氀ourish and lead meaningful lives.
Our Demen琀椀a Care
The EVER model is incorporated into our training module ‘Ageing, Client Condi琀椀ons and Demen琀椀a’
for all new members of sta昀昀, it is part of our refresher training and ongoing carer supervision
themes. The model is embedded into our care plan ensuring that each client living with demen琀椀a
receives personalised and rela琀椀onship centred care.
