Christopher J. Doyle
New York
Christopher Doyle served as Chair of
Stroock’s Corporate Practice Group.
He has broad corporate experience, with a particular
focus on mergers and acquisitions and advising public
companies and boards of directors on corporate governance
and securities law compliance. Chris also has extensive
expertise in complex, multijurisdictional commodities
昀椀nancings, including those involving environmental credits
and allowances. Prior to joining Stroock, Chris worked at
National Westminster Bank in Mergers and Acquisitions
and Corporate Finance.
