JFit: Small Group Training
Basketball

JFit Small Group Training offers dynamic classes
led by certified trainers who provide expert
guidance, support, and motivation. With only six
participants per class, you’ll enjoy personalized
attention while building strength, endurance, and
confidence. Join us on the turf and take your

Basketball is the perfect mix of agility, strength,
and strategy for all ages and skill levels. Join
pick-up games, beginner workshops, or lessons
to learn the fundamentals and refine your skills.

Recovery
Prioritize your recovery and enhance your postworkout routine with classes designed to reduce
soreness, inflammation, and injury risk while
promoting relaxation and restoration.
Offerings include: Mobility & More, Foam Rolling,
and Massage Gun.

Swim Lessons
Our lessons are for all ages and abilities, and open to the

Karishim Swim Team
Dive into Karishim, a year-round competitive team for
kids ages 6-18. Karishim (sharks, in Hebrew) participates
in USA Swimming sanctioned meets and is led by
experienced USA-certified swim coaches. With low
coach-to-swimmer ratios, swimmers will benefit from

Pre-Swim Club
Looking for a bridge between swim lessons and the
Karishim Swim Club? Our Pre-Swim Club is ideal for
swimmers ready to dive into the basics of competitive
swimming without competition. Focused on refining
techniques for all four strokes—butterfly, backstroke,
breaststroke, and freestyle—it also covers essentials
like circle swimming, using a pace clock, and team

Master Swim (Ages 19+)
Master’s Swim provides a swim team experience
for adults. Open to anyone 19 and older, this
program offers year-round, coached training to
enhance stroke technique, build endurance, and
