happen to enter the room with you.
Notice how she walks towards you. Start to become aware of her energy.
How does that make you feel?
What is she wearing?
What does she smell like?
If you reached out to her and touched her, what does she feel like?
And, when she talks to you. How does she sound?
Now, invite this version of you to sit down with you for a cup of tea or sexy
mock/cocktail. And ask her to spill the tea.
You can ask her anything you wish (she is ready and willing to support and guide
you) and, I’ve added some powerful prompts to get the conversation started.
