In Amsterdam we invited Ellen Jansen, a Dutch
entrepreneur and trans woman, to speak
about how to successfully transition to reach
personal growth and to ultimately find your
own path to your definition of success. She
spoke from the heart about her own experience
and journey of transitioning into the young
woman she is now. She stressed the benefits
of a successful DEI policy for employers. Ellen
Jansen is a patent holder, entrepreneur, speaker,
coach and author.
Roberto Isibor, lawyer at Hogan Lovells Italy,
interviewed two protagonists who are actively
changing the culture in the fashion world:
Francesca Ragazzi, Head of Editorial Content
at Vogue Italia and Michelle Ngonmo Founder
& CEO of the Afro Fashion Association. The
discussion highlighted the effects of the
diversity perspective on communication and
legal positions.
Together with the PROUT AT WORK Foundation,
client panelists from Renault and Sanofi, and HL
senior management, we hosted a discussion in
Paris entitled “Being LGBT in 2023: a numerical
overview of the situation”, regarding same-sex
couples and implications for the workplace.
