Phase 3: H.E.R. (Housing, Employment, Reinvestment)
Upon release, BIBR/LEAD comes alongside the individual to ensure holistic needs are met
with a focus on housing, employment, and reinvestment. This phase begins at the gate upon
release from prison and continues for one-year post-release. Participants are paired with a
counselor who provides wrap-around services through the following collaborating
partners and programs.
