Having the correct height chair and having your feet
under the hips positions you so that there is a vertical
line from the ear to the heel, when seen from the side. In this position we
are at our strongest, both physically and mentally.
The unique two-part seat makes the pelvis tilt into the upright position
which enables the natural position of the spine; the neck and shoulder
muscles can remain relaxed.
There is neither excessive warmth or harmful pressure in the genital area,
