The Foundation submitted eight letters of interest (LOI) and/or grant applications in 2022 and
2023, requesting $846K in funding with awards approved in the amount of $398K. In an effort
to improve the amount of grant awards in 2024, the Board will continue to explore
opportunities for both Federal, state and local grants in 2024 with the assistance of 8
