Tim has assisted clients in transactions related to a wide
variety of real estate asset classes, including o昀케ce buildings,
senior housing, hospitality, residential or multi-family use
buildings, industrial, and specialized-use facilities. Tim
frequently represents companies in their most critical
real estate transactions, including Paramount Group in
connection with the restructuring of its real estate portfolio
as part of its REIT IPO, which was the largest ever in the
U.S. at the time of its consummation.
