Vered Yeret
Vered is a certified yoga teacher.
Her practice is rooted in Vinyasa
yoga, blending mindful movement,
breath, and self-inquiry to create
a space for growth and connection.
Vered is passionate about guiding
others in self-discovery and
well-being, integrating her
background in coaching to deepen
the experience.
Todd Paris
Todd is a USA Boxing Certified Boxing
Trainer/Coach and USA Boxing
Amateur Athlete in the Master
Boxer Division. He teaches our
Rock Steady Boxing classes for
people with Parkinson's and
Boxing & Circuit Conditioning,
which is open to all. Todd is
passionate about boxing training
as a form of fitness and as a sport
and feels that boxing has something
for everyone.
Nicole Von Rekowsky
Nicole is experienced in providing
exercise for individuals over age 50.
She is certified in group exercise,
cycle, and Parkinson's cycle.
Nicole is also a certified Urban
Poling instructor and will be
teaching a Pole Walking class at
the JCC this Spring. Her expertise
in injury prevention and recovery
makes her ideal for anyone looking
to improve their fitness and well-being
while minimizing the risk of injury.
Dave Heard
Dave is an Alvin Ailey trained
Broadway Dancer & certified
Fitness Coach. He holds a master's
degree in education, and 10+ years
of professional fitness experience.
As a coach, Dave challenges his
athletes to increase strength and
mobility, while increasing bodilykinesthetic intelligence through
spirited and playful but demanding
and dynamic programming.
