in 1995 as Church Development Fund of Florida,
INC. The name change was implemented in 1997.
Christian Financial Resource contributed $15,000
to Prosper Florida.
Florida Prosper listed a $462,000 expenditure as a
Òtransfer to an interest bearing accountÓ. Christian
Financial Resources is the entity that received the
$462,000 transfer. The Christian Financial
Resources website indicates it is a Þnancial
services Þrm which serves churches.
The Florida 2024 Handbook on Political
Committees says a Òtransfer of funds by a
campaign treasurerÉ.between a primary
depository and a separate interest-bearing
accountÉ for the purpose of inßuencing the
results of an election or making an electioneering
communicationÓ qualiÞes as an expenditure.(

PAC research. ItÕs unclear how a voter would
