chassis torsion control, and durability

• Wiper seals protect hydraulic system from contaminants
• Overload and bypass safety valves prevent the jack from being used
beyond its rated capacity and prevent ram overextension
• Ball bearing mounted rear swivel caster wheels and wide track front
